1. Definitions and Interpretation

5.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited to your au999 account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. You must not deposit funds that:

• Have been obtained through illegal activities or criminal conduct.
• Belong to another person without their explicit authorization.
• Are subject to any third-party claims or legal disputes.
• Represent proceeds from money laundering or terrorist financing.

au999 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source payment method.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You may withdraw funds to your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts not registered in your name are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

6.2 Withdrawal Minimums and Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily withdrawal caps vary based on your account verification tier and payment method. Standard withdrawal processing times at au999 are as follows:

Processing times quoted above apply to fully verified accounts under standard operating conditions. 6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be settled before the associated funds can be withdrawn.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Accepting a bonus on a deposit applies wagering requirements to the bonus amount and, in some cases, to the qualifying deposit amount as well.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

Voided bets will be refunded to the player's au999 account balance in full within 24 hours of the void decision.

8.3 Maximum Winnings

11. Platform Availability and Technical Issues

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions, or events outside au999's reasonable control including power outages, internet infrastructure failures, and force majeure events.

In the event of a technical failure affecting an in-progress game or bet, au999 will investigate the incident and apply one of the following resolutions at its discretion:

• Resume the interrupted game or bet from the point of failure where technically feasible.
• Settle the bet or game based on the state at the point of interruption.
• Void and fully refund the affected stake to the player's account balance.

au999 will not be liable for any loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from platform unavailability or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, au999's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of au999 services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their au999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

au999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if au999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. 15. Account Closure and Termination

15.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

15.2 au999-Initiated Closure or Suspension
